East Sitra Social Housing Project Phase 2

The East Sitra Social Housing Project Phase 2 is a significant residential development designed to support Bahrain's national housing initiatives by delivering modern, sustainable, and comfortable homes for local families.

The project involves the complete civil construction of 80 two-storey villas, including structural works, masonry, concrete works, finishing, external infrastructure, and all associated civil engineering activities. Every stage of construction is carried out in accordance with Bahrain's engineering standards, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term value.

The project, executed under Ahmed Isa Construction Contracting, is for CMEC and the Ministry of Housing, with CMEC also serving as the project consultant.
